This research aims to carry outan analysis of the production process flow and find out the causes of any obstacles in the production process at PTJapfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Unit, so that we can get a clear picture of the early stage process of producingpellet and concentrate animal feed. This type of research includes case study research because this research takes acompany as a case study, namely PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Gedangan Unit. The data collection method usesa field method, namely a data collection method that is carried out by conducting direct observations of the production process in the field, both by observation, interviews and documentation. The results are an analysis of the pellet and concentrate type animal feed production process at PT. 摘要
本文采用工作图法（包括生产工艺流程图和生产操作流程图）对颗粒饲料和浓缩动物饲料的生产流程进行了回顾。本研究旨在对 PTJapfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo 单位的生产工艺流程进行分析，找出生产过程中出现障碍的原因，从而清楚地了解颗粒饲料和浓缩动物饲料的早期生产过程。这类研究包括案例研究，因为本研究以一家公司为案例，即 PT.Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Gedangan Unit。数据收集方法采用实地方法，即通过观察、访谈和记录等方式对实地生产过程进行直接观察的数据收集方法。结果是对 PT.Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Gedangan Sidoarjo 单位的颗粒饲料和浓缩饲料生产过程的分析。
