This research was conducted in order to obtain information related to the workings of the hydraulic system on the injection molding machine of PT. Mitra Mulia Makmur Sidoarjo. From data collection during industrial practices, the way the hydraulic system works is a tank that functions as a reservoir for oil before going to the hydraulic pump which is filtered first using an oil filter, the hydraulic pump acts as a converter of energy from the engine into pressurized energy by pressing hydraulic fluid to enter into the system, the transfer of power is transferred from one point to another using a liquid fluid conductor in the form of compressed oil. Then this liquid fluid is increased in pressure by a pump driven by a motor and passed through the pipes leading to the hydraulic working cylinder and turning it into high pressure press power. \nHighlights: \n \nHydraulic system overview: Utilizes oil fluid pressure for mechanical work. \nFunctionality in injection molding: Key role in PT.
