ERS can determine the best route to take from the hospital or closest ambulance to the location where the Geo-IoT device is located. Free and Open-Source Software for Geospatial (FOSS4G) stack was used in the system’s development, since it is easily adaptable to cover different purposes, including fire, flood, or other transport movements.
