Results\nA total of 387 patients participated in the study, and results showed that overall satisfaction among patients was 67.9%, where Communication (84.5%) and Financial Aspect (54.9%) recorded the highest and lowest percentage of positive responses respectively.\nConclusion\nPatient satisfaction is a growing subject in Nigeria. It has a significant influence on healthcare service delivery.
