ICI induced haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) has been described in case reports and pharmacovigilance database reviews. Literature regarding rechallenge of ICI after resolution of HLH is limited to a few cases.</p></span></li><li><span>•</span><span><p>With this case report, we want to highlight the need for early diagnosis and treatment.
