This is a questionnaire based cross sectional survey on 750 undergraduate medical students at a tertiary eye care hospital. Each student was given questionnaire to assess the awareness, attitude knowledge and willingness towards eye donation. And the responses were analyzed. Out of 750, 22% were 1 year, 21% were 2 year, 26% were 3 year, 20% final year and rest were interns. About 60% students were aware about the time of enucleation, and 40% were willing for pledging for eye donation. Majority of students are aware and had good knowledge but need more motivation to pledge for eye donation.
