The interview aimed to explore details of the 1987-1988 Constituent Assembly, particularly concerning the conception of Article 219 in the current constitutional text. To achieve this, the testimony of Antonio Octaviano, the president of the National Federation of Engineers at the time of the Constituent Assembly, was obtained.
