摘要

建筑信息模型(BIM)作为建筑业数字化转型和发展的核心技术,正在蓬勃发展。本研究分析了高校建筑管理专业 BIM 教学的现状。基于 CDIO(构思-设计-实施-运行)工程教育理念,提出了建筑管理专业 BIM 技术教学新体系。它由在专业课程中植入 BIM 技术、建立校企合作平台、专家联动、BIM 团队建设、技能竞赛、科研成果转化等多元化教学模式组成,为实践教学改革提供了借鉴。实践证明,该教学模式提高了学生的学习积极性、工程实践能力、团结协作精神和解决工程实际问题的能力,培养了BIM技术优秀人才,带动了学生就业,为建筑行业发展提供了所需的BIM技术创新人才。
