Successful Pregnancy After Left Ventricular Assist Device Explantation for Myocardial Recovery.

A 36 year old woman with history of heart failure and left ventricular assist device (LVAD) implantation, with subsequent explantation after myocardial recovery, presented for management of preconception counseling and subsequent pregnancy.
