More New York Convention: U.S. Court Interpretations On Jurisdiction and Venue for Actions and Proceedings

Last month, the author examined U.S. judicial interpretations of primary and secondary jurisdiction considerations under the New York Convention and its U.S. enabling statute, the Federal Arbitration Act's Chapter 2, with respect to awards issued in international arbitrations.
