This research is descriptive quantitative research in which data collection uses primary data (questionnaires) containing questions about the variables studied. The target population of this study are employees of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) banking companies in Batam City such as PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Negara Indonesia. Then the sample in this study the author set 100 samples using stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that the variables of work motivation, work facilities and compensation do not affect the quality of work. 摘要

本研究的主要目的是确定工作动机、工作设施、报酬和工作环境等因素对峇淡市国有银行(即印尼人民银行、印尼曼迪里银行和印尼国家银行)工作质量的影响。本研究为描述性定量研究,数据收集采用原始数据(调查问卷),其中包含有关所研究变量的问题。本研究的目标人群是巴淡市国有企业(BUMN)银行公司的员工,如 PT Bank Mandiri、PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia 和 PT Bank Negara Indonesia。在本研究中,作者使用分层随机抽样技术设置了 100 个样本。结果表明,工作动机、工作设施和报酬这些变量并不影响工作质量。而工作环境变量是影响 PT Bank Mandiri、PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia 和 PT Bank Negara Indonesia 三家国有企业(BUMN)银行工作质量的正确变量。
