The population in this research are users of the Sociolla application or website throughout Indonesia. This research used a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling with 159 respondens who had made at least two purchases via the Sociolla application or website as a samples. The data was analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique and processed using the SmartPLS 4 program. The reults obtained in this research show that Web Design, Information Quality, and Delivery Service as a whole have a significant positive effect on Electronic Satisfaction. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨网页设计、信息质量和交付服务对电子满意度的影响,以及电子满意度对 Sociolla 客户重购意愿的影响。本研究的对象是印度尼西亚全国的 Sociolla 应用程序或网站用户。本研究采用目的性抽样技术,以至少通过 Sociolla 应用程序或网站购买过两次商品的 159 名受访者为样本。数据使用 SEM-PLS 技术进行分析,并使用 SmartPLS 4 程序进行处理。研究结果表明,网页设计、信息质量和配送服务整体上对电子满意度有显著的积极影响。此外,电子满意度对使用 Sociolla 应用程序或网站的客户的再次购买意向也有显著的正向影响。
