It is a rare benign pathology characterised by papillomatous appearance of palatine tonsil with reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. We report a rare case of lymphoid papillary hyperplasia of palatine tonsil in a 9-year-old girl. It is a rare benign pathology characterised by papillomatous appearance of palatine tonsil with reactive lymphoid hyperplasia.
