The theoretical framework presents the labour market, its risks and inequalities in relation to the Roma population. The data analysed in the article is based on a qualitative methodology and 123 people (Roma and non-Roma) were interviewed. The analysis presents the jobs of Roma people, the ways they are paid for the work they do and the determinants of the label given to Roma by welfare recipients who do not like to work.
