XYZ.The sample in this study were 75 employees. This research uses saturation sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and using a Likert scale. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. Prior to testing the hypothesis, the data was analyzed by testing the research instrument, and testing the classical assumptions. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing data in this study, it shows that work discipline and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction shows the results negative on t-test calculations but has no significant effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作纪律、工作满意度和工作动力对 Kerjasama PT.本研究的样本为 75 名员工。本研究采用饱和抽样技术。数据收集是通过向受访者发放调查问卷和使用李克特量表进行的。本研究的数据分析方法是多元线性回归。在检验假设之前,通过检验研究工具和检验经典假设对数据进行了分析。根据本研究的假设检验数据分析结果显示,工作纪律和工作激励对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,而工作满意度在 t 检验计算中结果为负,但对员工绩效没有显著影响。因此,企业必须重视提高员工的工作纪律和工作积极性。
