The disclosure of the structural elements of the mechanism of managing the market capitalization of the enterprise has been deepened. A detailed analysis of the toolkit for stimulating the market capitalization of the enterprise was carried out and a matrix of management decisions regarding its implementation was developed. Indicators for optimizing the value component of the mechanism for managing the market capitalization of the enterprise have been identified. A two-level verification of the effectiveness of the mechanism from the perspective of value and enterprise market capitalization management has been proposed.
