Anak balita didefinisikan terhambat gizinya didasarkan pada indeks panjang badan dibanding umur atau tinggi badan dibanding umur dengan batas (z-score) kurang dari < - 3 SD. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tiworo Tengah tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square pada program SPSS. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 419 orang, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 200 orang. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi (P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05), tingkat pendapatan keluarga (P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05), pola asupan energi (P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05), dan pola asupan protein (P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05) dengan kejadian stunting. Penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi, tingkat pendapatan keluarga, pola asupan energi, dan pola asupan protein dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tiworo Tengah tahun 2022. Children under five are defined as nutritionally retarded based on an index of body length for age or height for age with a z-score less than < -3 SD. The research objective was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in children under five in the Tiworo Tengah Health Center work area in 2022. The research method used was quantitative research using a cross-sectional study approach using the Chi Square test in the SPSS program. The population of this study was 419 people, while the sample was 200 people. The results of this study found that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge about nutrition (P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05), family income (P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05), energy intake (P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05), and protein intake ( P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05) with stunting. The conclusions of this study indicate that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge of nutrition, family income, energy intake, and protein intake with the incidence of stunting in children under five in the working area of the Tiworo Tengah Health Center in 2022. FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA ANAK BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TIWORO TENGAH TAHUN 2022
