摘要
对乌克兰国家科学院（NAS）科学机构行政管理活动（AMA）信息化的具体问题进行了分析。为科学机构的科学组织、进度、人员配备和会计服务提出了七种参考的AMA信息技术（IT）。对经过工业测试的工具进行了研究，以实现AMA信息技术的自动化支持。带有 A5 SYSTEMS 应用程序的国家软件平台 UnityBase 被证明是信息化第一阶段的工具。提出了基于 UnityBase 平台的乌克兰科学机构国家科学院信息化管理方法。该方法基于创新的管理方法，即 "欣赏式探询"--以应对组织在信息化方面的阻力并制定有效的战略。
