当今社会,培养学生的 "全球胜任力",即培养更具国际竞争力和跨文化领导力的创新型人才,已成为国家人才培养的重要目标。目前的研究主要集中于国际化人才全球胜任力的培养,而关于全球胜任力影响因素的研究较少。本文探讨了外籍教师数量、英语必修课学分、英语选修课学分、专业双语课程学分对我国地方高校学生全球胜任力培养的影响。找到影响因素,有助于选择合适的培养模式,从而提高大学生的全球胜任力。

On the Influencing Factors of Global Competence of College Students in China
