As a researcher and practitioner in the design for health space, I too believe it is this combination of carefully curated, intentional design across buildings, people, and technology that is likely to prompt life-changing experiential delight and long-term impact for people and planetary health and well-being. I applaud the authors and contributors for taking this stance, advocating for better environments and clearly articulating research-driven yet pragmatic approaches to designing such places and spaces.
