摘要

在用氦氖激光束支气管内照射粘膜治疗慢性肺炎儿童的3-5次支气管镜清洁手术中,15 mWt/cm2的剂量和2分钟的照射可产生最高效果。中度支气管树畸形患者的消退更稳定,发生得更快。该方法治疗效果的机制是通过微循环正常化、上皮细胞增殖增强和生物合成活性为诱导支气管粘膜修复过程创造有利条件来解释的。
