Data sources include: Headmaster, Madrasah, Deputy Headmaster, and Teachers. Data collection techniques include: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results: the application of integrated leadership to religious values includes: Deliberation, effective communication, collaboration, cooperation, honesty, responsibility, trustworthiness, strategic thinking. 摘要

本研究的背景是,由于校长的领导力不够理想,导致学习问题、教师绩效低下、品德问题、工作计划无法正常实施。本研究提出的问题是,伊斯兰学校校长的领导力如何与宗教价值观相结合?本研究的目的是描述和发现与宗教价值观相融合的校长领导力。本研究采用多种案例研究类型的定性方法。研究地点为日惹阿里雅-马达尼亚伊斯兰学校(Madrasah Aliyah Madania)和日惹法德伦-米纳洛伊斯兰寄宿学校(Salaffiyah Islamic Boarding School Fadlun Minalloh D.I.Yogyakarta)。数据来源包括校长、伊斯兰学校、副校长和教师。数据收集技术包括:深入访谈、观察和文献研究。结果:综合领导力在宗教价值观中的应用包括深思熟虑、有效沟通、协作、合作、诚实、负责、守信、战略思维。校长需要实施规划、组织、实施和监督。
