For this purpose, the effects of native and foreign labor are examined separately within the framework of the Cobb-Douglas production function. The Johansen cointegration method was used for the analysis. The results of the estimation of the long-run model show that both foreign and native labors have a positive effect on economic growth, with the effect of native labors being larger than the effect of foreign labor.
