The general problem is that interpersonal relationships between accounting employees and accounting managers are a leading cause of issues related to job turnover and accounting employee engagement. The results of this critical instance case study may contribute to positive social change by providing restaurant accounting managers tools for improving accounting employee engagement and retention workplace.
