The research method used is a qualitative research method, data sources obtained by survey, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that the implementation of occupational safety and health at Indonesia Power PLTU Barru OMU is very good and can prevent and overcome accidents in the workplace.
