Flow patterns are given at different ratios of the incoming and intake air flow velocities. The dependences of the characteristic sizes of vortex zones arising at the inlet to the suction-sockets on the velocity of the incoming flow, the length and angle of inclination of the socket are determined. Expressions are obtained for the critical velocity of the incoming flow, at which the flow separation mode for the first vortex zone changes from separation inside the bell to separation outside it.
