The application of the conceptual model of transformational leadership in the digital era is a necessity for organizations, especially companies in diverse industries. This research aims to understand how the conceptual model of transformational leadership becomes more sustainable and optimal in improving employee performance. The research process uses a literature study approach and is carried out comprehensively. Several literatures state that transformational leadership has a significant and positive direct effect on employee performance.
