The skin ECM is gelled by dissolving in a pepsin enzyme solution.Method: 3D gel formation process using neutral enzyme solution and incubation under physiological conditions. Gel samples were evaluated for speed and formability. Additionally, the dermal gel preparation was evaluated for its effects on the survival and proliferation of human fibroblasts in vitro by toxicity testing and proliferation testing, for 10 days. Results: Direct and extract toxicity assessments showed that the ECM gel regimen was safe for fibroblast survival. 摘要
