The main complaints were dizziness, tinnitus, memory loss and unsteady gait. The patient had severe concomitant pathology: coronary heart disease, hypertension, heart failure. X-ray endovascular technologies (balloon dilatation and stenting) made it possible to completely restore blood flow in the affected segment. After treatment, the above complaints disappeared. 作者介绍了一例 62 岁男性左锁骨下动脉盗血综合征的临床病例。患者主要表现为头晕、耳鸣、记忆力减退和步态不稳。患者伴有严重的并发症：冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭。X 射线血管内技术（球囊扩张术和支架植入术）使受影响区段的血流得以完全恢复。治疗后，上述不适症状消失了。微创 X 射线血管内技术对合并严重病症的患者特别有益。
