摘要

研究的目的是证实和描述创新与就业之间的关系,以及创新与工业工资之间的关系。在相关-回归分析方法和长期趋势统计数据的帮助下,证实了创新产品在工业营业额中所占份额之间以及创新产品在工业营业额中所占指数与乌克兰工业全职工人平均月薪指数之间存在着高度的直接相关性。使用阿尔蒙方法建立了一个滞后三年的分布-滞后模型,通过该模型可以计算出当创新产品在乌克兰工业销售额中的份额指数变化 1 个百分点时,乌克兰工业全职员工平均月薪指数将变化多少个指数点。
