This research showed there were significant relationships between media exposure and fruit and vegetable consumption (p=0.008), however not by pocket money(p=0,289). Conclusion: School has an important role in awareness and practice of fruit and vegetable consumption among adolescents. 摘要

导言:青少年水果和蔬菜摄入量低是与青少年消费行为有关的一个常见问题,会增加患退行性疾病和健康问题的风险。本研究旨在确定媒体接触和零花钱与泗水第十九中学(SMA Negeri 19 Surabaya)水果和蔬菜消费量的关系。研究方法研究采用定量观察横断面法,使用分层随机抽样法按比例抽取 100 名学生作为样本。结果:69%的学生食用足够的水果和蔬菜。32.2%的学生从不食用蔬菜,36.1%的学生每周食用1次水果。该研究表明,媒体接触与水果和蔬菜消费量之间存在显著关系(p=0.008),但与零花钱之间没有显著关系(p=0.289)。结论学校在青少年食用水果和蔬菜的意识和实践方面发挥着重要作用。可以利用有吸引力的信息媒体来增加消费量,从而满足青少年对膳食纤维的需求。
