In the joint analysis of data from satellites in orbit around the Earth and from the health statistics sources EUROSTAT, it became clear that, by some mechanism, streams of positively charged solar particles with high energy entering the Earth's orbit increase mortality from circulatory system diseases. The annual increase is by an average of 5% to 15% in a zone of maximum risk in the Northern Hemisphere, parallel to the equator and bounded by the parallels of 30° and 50° north latitude. The dates are given when the risk of a vascular accident is maximum depending on the latitude of the place in the Europe and Mediterranean area. During the day, the risk of a vascular accident is maximum around local noon.
