摘要

海绵状血管瘤是一种良性血管肿瘤，好发于泌尿系统的各个部位，包括肾脏、膀胱、前列腺、输尿管，尿道很少见。在此，我们报告了三例女性尿道海绵状血管瘤（FUCH）的治疗和随访过程。这三例患者均为更年期女性，出现下尿路症状。细胞镜评估显示，所有病例中的尿道血管瘤均经组织病理学评估证实。组织病理学评估可做出明确诊断。如果肿块较大或有蒂，强烈建议先进行手术切除。建议对患者进行定期随访，以防止复发。
