The article is focused on human resource management information systems (HRIS), which represent a significant part of corporate information systems. The main aim of the paper is to present the results of the analysis of HRIS used in industrial enterprises in Slovakia. The results of the analysis showed, that most often HRIS are only partially interconnected with other corporate IS. 摘要

人力资源管理(HRM)对组织的管理具有重要的战略意义,因此,人力资源管理领域的管理措施对任何组织的绩效都相当重要。对于组织的人力资源管理而言,拥有一个能够及时提供决策所需的可靠信息的信息系统非常重要。本文的重点是人力资源管理信息系统(HRIS),它是企业信息系统的重要组成部分。本文的主要目的是介绍对斯洛伐克工业企业使用的人力资源信息系统的分析结果。分析结果表明,人力资源信息系统通常只与其他企业信息系统部分互连。结果还指出,所使用的人力资源信息系统大多被认为是有用的,同时还表明,用户如何评价所使用的人力资源信息系统的有用性与他们如何评价这些系统与其他企业信息系统的整合有关。
