本文对新华医院121例孤立性室间隔缺损患者进行左心室长轴斜投影造影。本组26例(21%)有鼻中隔缺损，1例(1%)有肌性室间隔缺损，94例(78%)有膜性室间隔缺损。94例患者中，膜性室间隔动脉瘤41例(44%)。本文对膜性室间隔动脉瘤的心血管造影表现、病理、相关左室-右房分流及鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
