粘孢子菌病是一种相对罕见但危险的传染病。烧伤病人，尤其是重度烧伤病人，是粘孢子菌病的高危人群。近年来，烧伤患者粘孢子菌病的发病率有所上升。目前，国内关于烧伤患者粘孢子菌病的文献较少，且多为病例报告，缺乏系统总结。本文在总结近年来国内外相关文献的基础上，综述了烧伤粘菌病的流行病学特点、临床表现、诊断方法和治疗方法，希望能为我国烧伤粘菌病的诊断和治疗提供一些依据。
