A new condition for the existence of the fractional-order observer in terms of an optimization problem is proposed. STATE ESTIMATION FOR A CLASS OF FRACTIONAL-ORDER UNCERTAIN NONLINEAR SYSTEMS
The robust state estimation problem for a class of fractional-order uncertain non- linear systems is investigated in this paper.
