摘要

目的:研究多价葡萄球菌疫苗对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将40只SD昆明种小鼠随机分为低剂量组(5亿个/ml细菌)、中剂量组(10亿个/ml细菌)、高剂量组(20亿个/ml细菌)和对照组,分别接种不同剂量的多价葡萄球菌疫苗。采用RT-PCR检测不同剂量实验组和对照组小鼠脾组织中IL-8、IFN - γ和IL-1R基因的表达,采用腹腔涂片法检测小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞的吞噬作用。与正常对照组比较,试验组大鼠脾脏IL-8、IFN - γ、IL-1R基因表达水平及吞噬功能均显著高于正常对照组(P < 0.01),以中剂量组效果最好。结论:多价葡萄球菌疫苗可显著提高小鼠脾脏IL-8、IFN - γ、IL-1R基因的表达水平,增强吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,且其作用呈剂量依赖性。
