Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) reveals that all the samples exhibit a transmission band in the range of 590 cm-1 - 610 cm-1 . For x = 0, magnetization measurements showed paramagnetic (PM) to ferromagnetic (FM) transition at the transition temperature, TC ∼ 213 K. For Ti-substituted samples, ferromagnetic (FM) to PM transition was reduced with Curie temperature (TC), decreasing from 213 K (x = 0) to 205 K (x = 0.02).
