The enocarpological and enochemical characteristics of bunches and berries, the population structure and the variability of this variety were studied. In order to determine the direction of use and technological suitability of the Bayanshira variety yield, an uvological assessment of bunches and berries of fresh grapes was carried out, prototypes of wines of various types were prepared and their physicochemical analysis was carried out using modern methods. As a result of assessing the intrapopulation phenotypic variability of the variety, several biotypes and clonal variations were identified, their distinctive characteristics were identified and described, and morphological features, biological and technological indicators were studied. 本文详细介绍了原产于阿塞拜疆古代葡萄栽培中心甘贾-达什卡山地区的珍贵本土葡萄品种巴颜希拉的葡萄描述标志、形态、生物学和技术特征。研究了该品种的分穗和果实的肠生化特征、种群结构和变异。为确定巴彦shira品种产量的利用方向和工艺适宜性,对新鲜葡萄的葡萄串和葡萄果进行了生理评价,制备了不同类型的葡萄酒原型,并采用现代方法进行了理化分析。通过对该品种种群内表型变异的分析,鉴定出了几种生物型和无性系变异,并对其特征进行了鉴定和描述,对其形态特征、生物学指标和技术指标进行了研究。基于以上,可以注意到巴音希拉品种生物型的一些重要指标:t他群的大小范围从17日2×7,7 - 26日5×12、6厘米,束的形状是锥形,浆果通常在群的数量超过200件,但只有生物型6平均一群的浆果(150件),浆果大小范围从19日4×19日0到23日,2毫米,4×22日布什收益率为4,4 - 12,4公斤,收益率从浆果果汁是48,4 - 84,6%,糖含量的浆果果汁17岁,4-21,4 g / 100立方厘米,滴定酸度是4,65 - 8.02 g / dm3,酚类化合物含量分别为0,25-0,45 g/dm3,生物活性物质含量分别为0,12-0,36 g/dm3。
CHARACTERISTICS OF PHENOTYPICAL VARIABILITY OF BAYANSHIRA GRAPE VARIETY
The article provides detailed information about ampelodescriptor signs, morphological, biological and technological features of the valuable indigenous grape variety Bayanshira, originating from the ancient center of viticulture – Ganja-Dashkasan zone of Azerbaijan.
