It is worth noting that since 2000, the case fatality rate of CRC in China has skyrocketed, while the United States has gradually declined. Finding tumor markers with high sensitivity and specificity is our primary goal to reduce the case fatality rate of CRC. Studies have shown that CRD-BP (Insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 1) can affect a variety of signaling pathways, such as Wnt.nuclear factor KB (NF-κB), and Hedgehog, and has good biological effects as a therapeutic target for CRC. CRD-BP is expected to become a tumor marker with high sensitivity and specificity of CRC. 国家癌症中心在《中华医学杂志》上发表的中美癌症数据对比报告显示,结直肠癌(CRC)在中国排名第二,在美国排名第四。值得注意的是,自2000年以来,中国的CRC病死率直线上升,而美国则逐渐下降。寻找具有高敏感性和特异性的肿瘤标志物是降低结直肠癌病死率的首要目标。研究表明,胰岛素样生长因子2 mrna结合蛋白1 (Insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 1)可影响Wnt、核因子KB (NF-κB)、Hedgehog等多种信号通路,作为结直肠癌的治疗靶点具有良好的生物学效应。CRD-BP有望成为CRC的高敏感性、高特异性肿瘤标志物。本文就CRD-BP作为结直肠癌肿瘤标志物的研究进展进行综述。
