本文报道了200例支气管源性癌患者的797例支气管动脉造影和支气管动脉输注，分别采用CDDP、MMC或5-FU。严重并发症10例(1.25%)，其中:大血肿1例，大出血1例，腰椎动脉导丝断断1例，股动脉血栓形成1例，脊髓根动脉损伤6例。讨论了并发症发生的原因。
