This is the first report of normograde intussusception involving the body of the stomach alone in three dogs that survived without sequelae after surgical correction.</p></div><div><h3>Key clinical message</h3><p>Normograde gastro-gastric intussusception involving the body of the stomach should be included in the differential diagnosis of an acute abdomen.</p></div><div><p>Trois jeunes chiens ont été référés en urgence pour l’exploration de vomissements aigus associés à des douleurs abdominales crâniennes. L’échographie abdominale a révélé une intussusception intestinale normograde impliquant le corps de l’estomac seul.
