Molecular phylogenies of the plague microbe <i>Yersinia pestis</i>: an environmental assessment

Two approaches are applied to studies of the phylogeny of the plague microbe Yersinia pestis, i.e., the reconstruction of its history: Molecular genetic (MG) and ecological (ECO).
