This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results showed that each subject had a different way of making decisions. This happens because of differences in the way interviewers make decisions in job interviews. 摘要

本研究旨在描述面试官在工作面试过程中的决策。本研究采用定性研究与个案研究相结合的方法。本研究的主要对象是5个人,他们都具有某公司面试官的特征,在某公司进行招聘选择。结果显示,每个受试者都有不同的决策方式。这是因为面试官在工作面试中做出决定的方式不同。可以得出结论,面试官在做决定时有各种各样的必须评估,即:从标准开始,背景经验,教育背景和准确的生物数据都要考虑在内。
