The current research attempts to bridge this gap. Quantitative survey approach was used to collect the data (N = 598). Structural equation model is applied to test the hypothesised model. Cross sectional survey is employed in this research. The findings suggest, a frequent update of profiles in job portals increases the activities in professional networking sites, influencing intention to quit.
