摘要

本研究的目的是通过考虑薪酬作为调节因素来探讨工作动机如何影响员工绩效。本研究定义了一种具有因果设计的定性方法,并在PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Pupuan Unit实施。由于本研究的目标是覆盖整个人群,因此样本量由40个人组成。本研究以问卷作为资料收集的工具,并以有调节回归分析(MRA)的方式进行资料分析。研究结果表明:(1)工作动机对员工绩效有显著的正向影响;(2)薪酬对工作动机与员工绩效之间的关系有显著的正向调节作用。
