本文以2011 - 2019年沪深两市a股上市公司的相关数据为研究样本，探讨企业社会责任、融资约束和创新投资三者之间的关系。结果表明，企业社会责任对创新投资有显著的正向贡献。企业社会责任与融资约束负相关，融资约束在企业社会责任与创新投资之间起部分中介作用。
