In this study, explanatory research method was applied. In this direction, a questionnaire was applied to the students of the aviation management department of a foundation university. The sample of the research consists of 137 undergraduate aviation management students. The data obtained as a result of the applied questionnaire were analyzed with the SPSS 25.0 package program. Exploratory factor analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, pearson correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used in the study.
