The subject of the study is social relations arising in the field of e-sports. The research methodology includes the basic methods of scientific knowledge, which are the methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as the comparative legal method, which was used to compare the researched aspects in Switzerland and Ukraine. As a result of the research, a number of conclusions were made, which are important for law enforcement activities, can be used in rulemaking activities, and are also valuable from the point of view of the development of economic and legal doctrine.
